Jus getting started with my new job on mon.
Working as a Merchandiser with Chin Heng Gmt Fty at Kallang Bahru.
Doing GAP MENS & OLD NAVY MENS orders.

It was reali a "new" experience. Everything is so old & unappealing. Building looks shabby, weeds grow around the area, guard house made up by planks. *sharon holds her head n shakes* So "lok kok".
My dept office is lagi worse, duno how to put in words to explain the scenario. The whole rm looks so dim, poor lighting. Anyway, i will snap some of my office pics later and upload here.
And there's 1 thing that i cant stand in this company is the China accent, there are so many Cina working here. And their grooming reali sux badly, no fashion sense at all.

On the 1st day of work, i jus wore a long slv retro shirt and jeans. And the moment i reach the office, i dun blend in their dressing at all. Can u imagine, 3 for $10 Tees with denim skirt plus pasar malam slipper? Color coordination is oso bad. *sharon shakes her head again* All of them are 30+.
Reali no drive in working such an unfriendly environment.

there is one hilarious joke come from this HR manager on my 2nd day of work:

me: hi Ms Lim, here's my POSB acc # & passport size photos.

HR: ok, thank yew. *scribbling down my bank acc #.

HR: *in mandarin* ni ken ding ke yi zuo xia qu ma? zhe fen merchandising gong zuo hen mang, hen xin ku de. (Are u sure u're able to continue working here? This merchandising job is very bz n difficult)

me: *Dionk* *pause for a moment* Yup, i can.
*y is she telling me all these? this is my 2nd day only, isit suppose to be a joke? try to scare me with this remark?* *didn't she know how i've tide over from my previous company?*

HR: Do u still have frds lookin for jobs? We still have 2 vacancies.

me: Erm, no, i dun have frds looking for a job at the moment. *i wont drag my frds to suffer with me*

End of conversation

I duno whether i can survive in this company, but try to implement what i've learnt in O.sky in this company cos they dun have any order tracker or system to update data. No systematic at all. *Aarghhh~~*

For the sake of $ to eat nice food, thus no choice but 2 become a slave of $$.
