Today, my colleague intercom me, and told me she has jus tender her resignation. Y is everyone quitting after i take the lead to resign, is like i've created a trend wave. I think the main problems are the organization management very bad, dept head not powerful and convincing enough, pay abit disappointing, working environment quite bad and lotsa mis-communication internally.
Now im pondering, what various jobs out there is suitable for me. Should i switch to other industry like engineering, f&b or what? I'm having mix feeling right now. Actuali i quite like this garment industry but i duno y im jus so suay everytime kena bad boss or bad buyers.
