We are baking Banana Walnut with Chocolate Chip Muffin at Jia's residence cos she owns an oven ma. Wait for my big oven to come quickly. Sharing our making of muffins.
Step 1: Jia Whipping up the Flour, Butter, Sugar, Egg, Milk, Banana Essence & some vegetable oil into a mixing bowl
Baker of the Day - LJJ
Step 2: Pouring the batter into individual aluminmum cup
Step 3: Sprinkle some Walnuts & Chocolate Chip onto the batter
Step 4: Our baby muffins into the hot oven
Ta Da! Smell fragrant leh! Taste delicious sia!
Even Jia's dad & bro tasted and gave 2 thumbs up. Heheeh. Do u wan some?? Shall try something more challenging next time.
