Mr Hippo piss me off this morning in the mini mini supermart. I'm pushing my hm trolley ard the mini mini supermart to buy some groceries. And i stopped at the bakery corner to adjust my trolley cos is fulled. So i took out my new mop(bought from another shop) from my trolley and turn the inverse way. Of cos i looked back to see if there's anyone standing behind me in case i hit them with my mop. So behind is clear, and inverse my mop. Den came along Mr Hippo.
Mr Hippo: Hey, did u look at your back before u turn your mop? Me(of cos lah) Mr Hippo again: (Staring @ me) Did u see my stocks behind u? Ur mop hit on my stocks how? Me (Looking back if any of his products drop on the ground. knnb xyz#@% Mr hippo, the problem is i din even hit ur things y must u raise ur voice at me?? kns) Me: (Glare back at him) your walking area so narrow, your stocks anyhow laying around, obstructing consumers' way.(pushing my trolly bypass him and to the cashier, hmph!) Mr Hippo: (shouting back at my direction at cashier)the walkin area is narrow bcos we got PLENTY of stocks. Me(wah piang, so yaya papaya hor. PLENTY OF STOCKS, biz very good huh. ya lo, but poorly arrangement & management. Who's in charge of the arrangement??)
Conclusion: Mr Hippo, pls learn from NTUC, Carrefour or Giant. Your floor arrangement is poorly manage and item display id also can type wrongly. And most of all, your service attitude is negative. Pls go and upgrade your skills and attend some quality service courses.
