Having a foul mood yesterday and suddenly have the urge to do some sweating exercises, so called up Ricky and met up to go jogging yesterday about 10pm at the neighbourhood park near our house.
We started sprinting for 3 rounds and was catching my breath like an old lady. Almost wanted my life as it's been a long time since i last exercise. Thereafter, we do some pulling and stretching with the park facilities for an hour and we are sweating profusely. Actually my main purpose is to get back in shape as there are so many people complaining i'm putting too much weight that they can't recognise me.
After all the strenous exercises, this buddy ask me to go for supper cos need to replenish all his energy. Please loh, this defeat the purpose liao. He ended up eating 4pcs McWings and mee goreng while i just had coke to quench my thirst. Reached hm about 12.30am and Zzz.
This morning my whole body is really aching like hell man.
