Last evening i have succeed in making a cheesecake in my whole life. My conclusion is better go buy yourself a nice cheesecake rather than making one yourself. Becos the ingredient is damn expensive lor. Spent abt 30++ on the ingredients.
The difficult part is i dun have the electric beater. And i have to use the normal way to whisk the cream cheese n everthing till my green veins came popping out on my hands. Im so ke lian :( But i still managed to complete everything.
